If you are not satisfied with your goods we will happily issue you a replacement or refund assuming they are returned within 14 days.

Before returning please contact us via email at returns@utfr.co.uk or use the retrurns contact form notifying us that you would like to make a return. Please indicate whether you would like a replacement or a refund we will get back to you within 24 hours with further instructions.

We advise all returned items are sent via a signed for, trackable service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
